Biltema is looking for a leader for our store
Biltema offers a wide range of products for the whole family in the areas of Car/Motorcycle, Boat, Leisure, Home, Office/Technology, Construction, Car Care, and Tools. Biltema markets more than 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it financially easier for people to own a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure products, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 stores are located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic countries in the coming years.

What you can expect from the position
You will be an important part of the store's management team with overall responsibility for driving and developing our departments for checkout, customer service, and café. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring operations, including scheduling, results responsibility, and quality work. Your focus will be on creating efficient workflows, a good working environment, and a top-class service experience.
You will lead your employees through your presence in daily operations and ensure they are well-trained in customer interaction, complaint handling, and cash management procedures. In the café, you will be responsible for ensuring food hygiene and other regulations are followed. You will work closely with the store manager in the shared task of driving the store forward.
What we expect from you
We are looking for someone with documented leadership experience in retail. Perhaps you have previously held a role as a store manager in a smaller store, where you had overall responsibility for both staff and operations. Or you may have worked in a leadership position with responsibility for staff, sales, or operations, without being ultimately responsible, but now feel ready to take the next step in your development. A prerequisite is that you are confident in your leadership, accustomed to making decisions, and have a strong drive to develop both people and routines.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with customer service, checkout, or café, but the most important thing is that you have a good understanding of how to create effective teams and high service quality.
As a person, you are proactive, solution-focused, and structured. You thrive in a varied environment, are not afraid to pitch in where needed, and value order and tidiness around you. You lead by being present, engaged, and by setting a good example.
